Ros Lerner
Peruvian documentary director and producer.
She has masters in Screen Documentary and Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship from Goldsmiths University of London.
In England she was co-founder of Chaka Studio, a collective with whom she produced the renowned i-doc Quipu Project.
Ros is currently based in Lima where she is director of Lucida Media and is working on several projects that include two I-docs on climate change and participatory media projects with communities in disaster risk areas.
Her work has been shown at festivals such as IDFA DocLab, Hot Docs, Tribeca Film Festival, Sonar, Sheffield Doc Fest and Ars Electronica.
Rosemarie has been invited as speaker and mentor in documentary and new media festivals and conferences around the world. She has participated in Collective Wisdom (MIT), Visible Evidence, Hot Docs X, Mediamorfosis, Idfa DocLab's Think Tank, Crossover Labs amongst many others, and is currently a mentor at the English NGO One World Media.
